I am suffereing from ibs predominantly diarrhea and sometimes constipation too. I also have severe flatulence. Because of the lock down i consulted a doctor over mail. He asked me to take some prebiotic and probiotic combination tablet. Can you guide me which tablet i should take

IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion which means one has to rule out other causes for GI symptoms . So in your case I need to take a medical history from you first to diagnose the cause of your symptoms and may be some routine tests. Based on that treatment should be advised
