You are going on the right track , but if there is clinical anxiety , you will need medicine . There is nothing wrong with it and infact it will make the process of recovery much easier and faster . Consult with Psychiatrist and get evaluated.

Dear sir, u are going in the right way in handling your ibs. Life style modifications like physical activity and proper sleep hygiene itself reduces your problem. If still ibs persisting u can take an anxiolytic which will help u in further control of the problem. Be confident. U will recover completely.

Yoga and exercise certainly benefit but if the illness severity is high they are definitely not enough as curative measures.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and he/she will take complete history and formulate a treatment plan based on your requirements.
Health Tips
It is always better to Consult a doctor at the right time rather than keep delaying a consultation for your difficulties
