Anxiety disorders are known to precipitate Gastrointestinal symptoms like vomit sensation, heartburn, belching, bloating, flatulence, abdominal pain, constipation/diarrhea.... Practice some relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercises to overcome it wen under stress.
