IBS and food intolerance

I have IBS since 4 years and i have become intolerant to a lot of foods such as milk,wheat,egg,soy,corn,amaranth,flaxseed,barley,rye,guava,yeast. Can avoiding this foods for 3-6months reverse the intolerance?

You can start having jwar chapati and butter milk (chach) Need to change in diet and food articles which are intolerant to u Ibs is correlated with grahani roga in Ayurveda I need more detailed history You can take these medicine Grahani kapat rasa 1-0-1 bd af x 1 month Bhrami vati 2-2-2 tid af If you have loss stool- kutajghan vati 2-0-2 bd af Chandanasav or kumariasav or takrarista 30-0-30 ml in 1 glass of water Mixture of these powder Bhrami +Shankpushpi +bilva +ashwaghanda and abhrak basam mix together and 5grm twice after food Better you take panchkarma once you start oral medicine and as your disease also bcm chronic now Shirodhara Abhyanga steam and basti shows significant effect Do pranayam bhramari yoga
