I am not sleep at night time y I don't know ? If I sleep force also I won't get sleep ! What's the reason

You are over thinking. Stop thinking. Keep your phone away and TV off when you go to bed. Don't drink tea or coffee  3 hrs before going to bed. Don't smoke if you do. Go out do some physical exercises. You are fine. Don't worry.
