Tab dulcolax 10mg after dinner with hot water or milk, for 5 to 7 days Take more of fresh green, leafy vegetables, fruits like pappaya,  Drink more water. For sleep, take tab alzolam o.25mg one after dinner for 5 to 7 days, just when you reach the bed. Try reading some good literature before sleeping. Avoid both dulcolax and any sedative for long time as both tend to cause habituation and dependence.Try to correct both and diabetes as well with life style measures.

Don’t stop triptomer directly instead tapper it down to lower dose and correct the or address the first initial cause which has led you to start triptomer
