I want to weight gain

I m 29 years i had lost 5-6 kg weight in 6month tell me what to do for weight gain? I m also suffering from bad constipation & hair loss.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Take fresh fruits and vegetables a lot to get fiber which helps in getting relief from constipation and take isabgol. Take foods rich in protein and antioxidants to stop hair fall.do sculp massage once in a week.
