I want to know about my ovulation time .my average cycle of 32 days and my last period first date is 17.06.2020 and how I measure my ovulation date.

There are good apps to track ovulation online Download one.. It's 14 days before the next expected period date.. In a cycle of 32 days ovulation takes place on 32-14=18 th day of periods
Next Steps
Ovulation can happen 2 days before or after and spermatozoon is alive for 72 hours in tract and ovum waits for 48 hours after ovulation

Hi. From 17 upto 27 june is safe period .Again from 9 july to 19 july is safe period .you should try from 27 june to 9 on alternate days . Most likely ovulation date will be 03 july.
