Dear Sir I am feeling very tired .Face is looking tired in my pics . Can't play with my 1 year baby boy. I have also sleeping disorder I am always in confusion while making risky decision. I became hipersexual sometimes. i am eating to much sometimes. Pain in head .. Energy level is very low now.. Can't walk to much.. Thinking to much about work but doing nothing..I never visited any DR but i read many article and show video about brain..so i think that i have B.D. so is there any medical test for it ???
