After doing body exercises i usually get blood down there for 30 min to 1 hr ...it happens to me from last 3 days..what is this

The blood down there cannot be due to bleeding from the uterus. Uterus bleeds in response to hormones. This bleeding could be from the vagina which needs a proper evaluation. Please get a sonography of lower abdomen done and consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination and further management.
