I threw up after taking my contraceptive

I am on dronis 20 for a long time. This is a first time situation I am facing. Due to acidity i threw up very little after taking the pill on my 6th day of a new pack and took the next pill immediately. Am I safe from pregnancy or do I need to take additional contraception for 7 more days? I haven't had any intercourse during this new pack till now. Please answer my question.

If there is a gap of more than 48 hours between the pills, then the additional contraception for seven days is required, but since there was no gap, you took the Pill immediately, so there is no need of additional contraception, and you are safe from getting pregnant
