Whenever I sleep my mind doesn't sleep.. it make me stressed and anxiety. M angry when I get disturbed

There can be Many reasons. General Advice Exercise, Meditation, Bath with warm water before sleep and avoiding Gadgets atleast one hour before going to bed might help. If still the problem continues Consult a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
