Am scared that I got cancer in my anus I got a lil ball and lose skin am so embarrassed but I need to find out

Chances are it's not cancer, are u usually constipated, in which case it's more likely to be a fissure, just visit any surgeon & don't be embarrassed, it's a common condition, I too suffered it from once & it resolved with medicine in 2 days.
