Too many bubbles in urine is called frothuria. It can be due to simple causes like dehydration, concentrated urine or urinating with a very fast stream. It can also be due to kidney diseases. So if you have any urinary issues consult an urologist. If you have diabetes or hypertension consult a nephrologist.

If your urine routine test is normal, significant infection is less likely. Persistent burning or excessive bubbles may need further evaluation with urine culture, kidney function tests, and a clinical examination if symptoms continue. Consult for detailed discussion and Treatment
