I am 18 Years Old And I Have taken ( I Pill Emergency Contraceptive pill) because My Incounter Sexual Intercourse And By mistake Condom gets tear due to which sperm gets inside And I take ( I Pill ) Within 3 hours after intercourse will it work or not Doctor ?

Mam u have taken the tablet so nothing much to do that on that front. But it's not 100 % full proof , it can fail sometimes. Do a urine pregnancy test if missed periods

I pill works effectively within 72 hours of the unprotected sexual intercourse The sooner the better. You have taken within 3 hours of unprotected intercourse. That makes it more effective.
