Past one month i am suffering from Piles

Management of Piles depends on symptoms and discomfort and grading of piles . If u have undergone Colonoscopy pls post report of same. Likewise u can consult Gastroenterologist and get colonoscopy done for grading of piles and plan management for same

It is always advisable for a surgical procedure to treat piles/hemorrhoids. In the meanwhile you can manage your symptoms
1. Syp. Cremaffin plus 25ml before sleep
2. Anobliss cream over the anus 2-3 times daily
3. Lactifiber granules 2 times daily as per instructions
4. Sitz bath in luke warm water 2 times daily with betadine solution
5. High fiber diet
6. Plenty of fluids
7. Avoid oily spicy fried food/ non veg and dairy products
8. Plenty of curd/yoghurt/ buttermilk
