Doctor my LMP was 22nd April after that I do unprotected intercourse on 12 may and taking unwanted72 withine 30 minute.after that 20 may some spotting at night with with PMS and next day start period like bleeding and stay 4 days.its period bleeding or pregnancy bleeding??When pregnancy syndrome start?

Your last period was on 22 April. You had unprotected intercourse on 12 May , that was 20 days after the period. That is safe zone when chances of pregnancy are very low.
You took Unwanted 72 same day.
After 8 days , (20 May) you have bleeding for 4 days. It was 28 days after the last period. There are all the chances that it was a normal period for the month of May.
Now you will get your next period on 20 June.

If u had ur periods like a full Flow ur not pregnant
Nevertheless a pregnancy test can be done to confirm the same
