Hi Thanks for your query. I can see your BMI is 19.38 .you r in lower range.U have to improve your weight. Take high calorie foods like cereals, pulses,good animal protein, vegetables, fruits mainly banana. Add nut,almond dry fruits.sllep 8 hours, no stress. Add 2 tdf butter in breads & ghee in rice. Egg,milk milk products very helpful. Do not take capsules now..observe two months then we see.
