I'm 2 months pregnant, will pills help me to stop pregnancy? Or i need to do surgery? Even i feel symptom like morning sickness, huge hairfall, triedness, mood swings,food be taste less also suggest me what do i eat ? I dont like eating food, its makes me feel vomit but vomit doesnot comes. Doing abortion or taking pills have side effect ? Please give me honest response.
