I hv recently miscarriage two months back. Now my periods are started regularly but sometimes i feel pain inside my belly.i also have problem of feeling intolerable pain at the time of my period since long.please advice also advice is there any problem to take paracetamol tablet to reduce my pain during my period

Pain during periods is quite common untill you having been examined and investigated by a gynaecologist  and rule out any abnormalities. since your periods resumed after missed abortion and regular you can take any pain killers.There are better drugs which your gynaecologist will prescribe
