I have gargled with salt water still there is no change.so I got a medicine wokadine germicide gargle 2.0.but I don't know how to use it.kindly advice me a solution

Use it by diluting with water 50% But I want to suggest you to visit ur physician/ENT to properly evaluate the problem. And take the proper treatment.
