I have stomach ache since 2 days and yesterday I got high fever . I take some medicines but there is no effect . stomach ache is not gone .

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D​ once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days . Tab. Meftal-spas twice a day after food for today. If it still persists, then get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
