I have gas problem but it cures in someday. Sometims i feel weak. This is the first time it is not cured in someday. Sometimes i dont eat heavy food although i got gas. some times I donot understand if I have gas or acid or not. i feel something stuck in my throat my voice changes but it goes away again come. sometimes my body is internally heated. sometimes feel  stomach is burning.Sometimes I am not able to sleep also. my poop sometimes not cleared. when i preesure at the time of poop  there some semen like things comes out. please help me why? Thank you.
