Have meralgia since three years, now feeling more numbnes pain on the right side of right thigh and pain in the west 4 inch right side of spinal cord, What is advised, to whom to consult

How was the diagnosis of meralgia made? Have you had a spinal examination done? Do you have diabetes? There are many important points to consider while making a diagnosis. Consult a Neurosurgeon or neurologist
