I have 2-3 lumps (cysts) on my scrotum. It is filled with a thick white substance but does not hurt. It had been there for a while. What is it exactly?

Probably calcinosis of scrotum, .. Please send photos  of the affected part for accurate diagnosis,  detailed information regarding disease and prescription for medicine.

These are scrotal cyst - idipathic scrotal calcinosis / steatocystoma multiplex of the scrotum. Its usually a harmless condition but the only form of treatment of the cysts is to remove them with a minor surgery. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal. Bengaluru.
