Recently I started taking rabifast - xl after searching on the web. It has really helped me in constipation. I have been using it for 2 weeks. For how long I can continue this medicine.

Rabi fast is used for GASTRITIS. Constipation means hard stools. Both are totally different. If you are being releived by rabifast, it means u are most likely having mild GASTRITIS.

avoid coffee cold drinks tea, spicy foods etc.
