My blood pressure is 168/110. and i also have diabetis which is in control. please suggest me what to do. can i eat fat burner suppliments in this situation

In addition to controlling blood pressure one must ensure that the right drugs are being prescribed based on history. BP is very high and if it doesn't respond to medicines, secondary HT needs to be ruled out.
