Cbc normal.  ESR raised, indicating chronic infection or inflammation.  Need more information- how long you have been sick, how much is the fever, what time does it occur, how long does it last, does it subside spontaneously or you have to take any medicine ? Is appetite normal?  Do night sweats occur?Answers will be useful to arrive at a diagnosis.

The available results include CBC -normal and ESR slightly elevated, could be due to infection.CT scan results are not available to comment.
