I have dengue with platelets less 1.2 .

I have dengue ns and taking treatment for it as my platelets are very low and WBC also less from 04 days .for this medication I am taking.But from yesterday I am not getting sleep how much ever I try I feel some fear and anxiety type near my chest and headache starts and once I open my eyes everything is ok. So I am not able to close my eyes at all.why this is happening stress or mind is controlling me.
