Constipation in your age group is primarily because of low fibre intake and eating lots junk food. First you need - increase fibre intake like cucumber, carrot, radish, all types of fruits and drink alteast 1.5 to 2 L of water per day. If required you can take powder or syryp containing PEG. If does not improve with this you may need evaluation.
