Sleep can be disturbed due many factors, certain negative events can be contributing to your symptoms . You should try and follow a better sleep hygiene which can include - limiting your screen time at night , taking a warm shower before bed , avoid eating heavy meals or caffeine at night , try and practice deep breathing and meditation for better sleep. Try and talk to close family members and friends. It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy.
