Is there something bothering you ? Any stress at home/ work/ personal life ? If anxiety has only been there for 7 days I would suggest exercise and meditation. You can try the cure.fit app for meditation. Try for a week. If anxiety is still persisting or if it is disabling please visit a therapist/ psychiatrist who will be able to help you further. thyroid levels.
