I am continuing ayurvedic medicine but its not going.im very scared of surgery.doctor told me my case is 2 ND degree condition .just follow the proper diet .even I'm eating chiken once a week.plz suggestion the proper diet plz.

Fissure piles can very well managed if correct Treatment is followed. I dont know about ayurved but as general and colorectal surgeon and doctor, i know i have never felt need to operate for fissure. Large piles may need surgery sometimes but now very advanced painless surgeries have come for that too.
Health Tips
high fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits etc. plenty of fluids in between two meals.
