Hello sir,              Hope you are doing well. The spot you have on your tongue seems like geographic tongue. Dont worry it ll heal on its own. Please avoid if you  have any bad habits. Otherwise eat healthy, non spicy, vitamin rich foods. Please avoid spicy and acidic foods which may make burning sensation.

Welcome to practo.. The red lesion can be an ulcer. It's getting subsided .. Don't worry.. I advice you to avoid hot and spicy food. Do not touch the lesion or redness spot with your tongue or finger. Take more fruits and drink more water. Apply coconut oil in the red spot. Continue the remedies I said, and the redness will gradually subside. If the lesion didn't subside or it's increasing in size or increase in redness, Consult me. Thank you.. Have a nice day..
