I have a problem of split ends...

My hair become ruff and I hv found many split ends..howe can I overcome with this problem...and because of spilt ends my hair stops growing...kindly suggest me what to do

Split ends can happen due to cosmetic procedures which can damage hair like straightening, rebonding, perming, using blow dryers or any form of heat.  apart from this there may be other issues like thyroid, vitamin deficiencies, etc for which you need to do few blood tests. Once we know the exact cause, we can make a treatment plan for you.
