Just as we eat dal, vegetables, rice or roti and milk etc for a complete diet, our body needs regular sleep at a proper time and regular exercise. Man was never meant to just sit. They worked, sat on the ground, got up 100 times from the ground there by getting good exercise. Now people just sit and do nothing else.
Having a regular routine helps otherwise no medicine is needed for memory at your age.
