It is on my right side of upper buttocks and it is black in colour currently from last 1 week I'm taking medicine from homeopathy and size of the boil acne reduce but not finish all .Is it any serious case Orr I will have to continue my medication from homeopathy . Top of the image is when I noticed that boil acne Bottom image after 1 week+ medication homeopathy image .. Is it serious doctor kindly advise
