I have a back pain due to gas. It was there from past 4-5 days and it was tolerable. Today it has got worst. Unable to move and sleep as well. Now I noticed that my stomach is also bloated. And I'm facing issues breathing. Please advise what can be done.

Back pain and gas formation can coexist but if things are going severe enough as in not allowing movement you need to urgently go for a video consultation and then may need to visit the emergency of nearest hospital if advised to do so
