Can understand, doing Dental treatments again and again for the same tooth can be frustrating.. Ignoring it can get it more complicated and put you in more pain. Would advise you to visit a dentist (preferably good Endodontist) and get the tooth evaluated. Mostly you may have to undergo Re-RCT or extraction ( decision will be taken by ur dentist). Always go for comprehensive treatment plan for full mouth so you can avoid further dental issues.
Next Steps
visit your Dentist.
Health Tips
Take comprehensive treatment plan. Few patients prefer to get treated only for the tooth pain and ignore other cavities. Later these cavities can end up other major dental problems..

If you can locate a tooth which is paining... please visit your dentist and get a x-ray done.check the cause and if required proper root canal treatment can be redone or else if any near by teeth is in problem get the treatment for it.

The pain could be originating from some other tooth, as you yourself have stated having many damaged teeth, so it could be Referred pain. Even a Root Canal treated tooth can get reinfected due to presence of infected teeth in the vicinity. Get yourself examined to know the exact cause of the pain. Regards
Next Steps
Get a comprehensive check up done.

Next Steps
