Trust the doctor, if ECg and echo normal, along with no finding clinically, heart is normal. Divert your mind and stay stress free.

In electronic machine the  typed diagnosis  is not at all meaningful. Go for eight lead ecg which is read by MD physician or cardiologist. For ocd consult a psychiatrist. Till than Tab Ciplar 40 one at night. Tab nexito10 one at night. For 2 weeks.
