My baby is 7 month . I bathd him. And was bending and putting him clothes. I got intense lower back pain. Where i couldnt move i sat on the ground. Now i cant sit straight. Or move, it hurts badly. Lieng down also with great difficulty. Could it be serious problem like disc or is it just a sprain. My mom has disc problem in her 60s Can u tell me painkiller for breastfeeding mother??? Im planing to go to a chiropractor. So needed painkiller to visit doctor
