Gums are bleeding and I'm getting pain in all teeth's can u pls help I visited a doctor' he said to do cleaning but I'm not satisfied by his answer

It seems more of gum problem then teeth problem.. You might be suffering from gingivitis ( inflamation of the gums)

Visit yr dentist and go for full mouth cleaning..
