I fell down and head hit the floor

My head directly hit the floor. There is no pain, bruises and no bleeding. I am good. But, is there possibility that it could effect brain internally like internal injuries. I m worried

In ypung people usually it doesnt cause any bleeding like in elderly . But if u have any symptoms like headache vomiting or vision disturbances or vomitings or fits , please consult a neurologist or emergency department immediately.
