I feel very much Drowsy at night.

Hi, . It's been around 2-3 months since I've been sleeping for more than 8 hours. My average sleeping hours is sometimes 10 hours. Though I don't feel sleepy and lethargic during the day but after 8-9PM, I feel very sleepy, lethargic. I lose clarity, focus, concentration and energy to do anything. Even though I have light meals and I take it before 8PM but after that my ability to do my studies and other writing and thinking related task goes down. There's lot of resistance from my mind and body to do productive task during that  time. And when I sit on my study table to do my task, I feel drowsy. And then with the thought of taking a nap for  5-10 min I lay on my bed,but end up sleeping the whole night with all the warm clothes and even socks put in. I don't even have that energy as well as consciousness to remove the winter warm jacket, coats, socks and even wear the quilt and blanket before sleeping. Because of this habit,my time gets wasted a lot and I am unable to do my studies.
