What tests should I do? I feel something heavy blocked in my stomach and intestines.I am worried if it's something serious.

Right history and examination is best way to diagnose  a problem.  Please describe other details. Any nausea or vomiting. How are the stools etc. Any pain after meals. Do meals increase or decrease thè problem.
Next Steps
ultrasound abdomen may help. endoscopy may be done depending on other details.
