I feel my heart rate varies from 58 t 76

I feel my heart rate is sometime low as 58, and sometime hugh as 76, it also depend on day.ine in morning it is low, and day its high. Also I feel mild pain at left side of my chest and sometime right side. Also when I take deep breath my pulse rate lessens. Is all rhis normal ir do I need to go for checkup. 6 months back my BP was 115/80, sugar 89.

Varying heart rate is a normal physiology. Your BP, pulse and sugars are within normal limits. Chest is non cardiac . Don't worry
