I have been having hair loss with increased nauseating, I missed my period with stomach ache and headache I have breathing issues and my body hurts almost all the time it's been 3 months now

Get a urine pregnancy test kit from the nearest medical store and do the test. Further treatment/management depends whether u r pregnant or not.
