I feel depressed

I feel sadness always, and am always unhappy and depressed.Always tired, splitting headaches. I don't feel good about anything.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation. These problems are commonly experienced by people in IT due to work life balance issues . As I do come from similar background, can relate this problem easily. Just observe and analyze, what has majorly changed recently in your work environment or job nature, in your family or relationship, in your lifestyle, food habbit, social life etc. Any of these factors could have created unnecessary worry or thoughts, which in turn can  triggering such symptoms and overall negativity in your life. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
