No sleep sometimes or just sleeping everytime, no health routine, life problems i also get hallucinations, i overthink a lot

Try to get occupied  and productive. To do that,  you  end to know the purpose of your life. If you can have a clarity about yourself and your future,  ideally,  you can escape  from all those boredom and fears.
