I don't know what I'm suffering from

My brain's messed up and can't think straight on one thing. There isn't anything really sad  happening with me, but I keep feeling low most of the time. I also keep having weird dreams and my relationship with my friends and family is going down a hill cause I am not able to focus on anything. Random thoughts trouble, it could be anything from the past or what'd happen in the future. First I thought it was because I was unemployed, but now that I am after a few months it's started again. Please help me identify this problem. Is it stress,depression or something else?
